WHAT DO I NEED TO COMMUNICATE WITH MY ROTEM PRODUCT?  

PLATINUM PLUS CONTROLLER

If you have a Platinum Plus you need to download and install RotemNet.

IMPORTANT: you must have Microsoft .NET 2.0 or greater installed to run RotemNet

HOW TO CHECK FOR Microsoft .NET:


1) Go to the start button
2) Go to contol panel
3) Click on Add/Remove programs

 

 

 

 

 

 

RotemNet is compatiable with: Windows XP, Vista32, and Vista 6

COMMUNICATOR

If you wish to connect the Communicator to your PC via a USB connection you need to download and install Rotem USB Drivers.

IMPORTANT: you will not be able to connect via USB if you have Microsoft Windows Vista 64

HOW TO CHECK MY WINDOWS VERSION:

VISTA
1)Click the START BUTTON
2)In the search box type: winver and press enter

XP
1)Click the START BUTTON
2)In the RUN dialog box, type: winver and click ok
 

Communicator USB Driver is compatiable with: Windows XP, Vista33

If you have a Scale Center (RSC-2) you need to download and install ScaleNet
